These positions are only in reference to the Knighthood of Adventure for the sake of assistance in the day-to-day activities of the Knighthood. There are no additional advantages other than those directly related to the Order of Knighthood, nor are there any additional titles for 3D Chats, Houses, or otherwise. The positions are as follows:

Chronicler
Is responsible for; the Knights Of Adventure E-Group (adding members), posting meeting minutes on the E-Group, compiling the lists of existing knights & their ranks/positions (also giving these lists to the Web Minister to be posted on the Knighthood website), and posting ceremony notes on the E-Group.

Web Minister
Is responsible for; maintenance for the Knights Of Adventure website, posting new notices on the website, and creating advertisements.

Event Minister
Is responsible for; creating events, running events, and informing the Web Minister & Chronicler of events to be posted.

Relations Minister
Is responsible for; advertising ceremonies & knight events, and letting CVN know about upcoming events, and opening dialog concerning knights activities & joining.

Squire Minister
Is responsible for; recruiting squires, matching squires to knights, posting names of those being squired on the Knighthood E-Group, and creating the lists for the Knighting ceremonies as well as organizing best times/dates for such events.

Deputies
Support the Minister in any fashion deemed necessary to see the required duties are completed. It is however ultimately the Minister's responsibility for seeing all duties are completed in a proper and timely fashion. There is no minimum or maximum number of Deputies allowed it is entirely up to the Minister as to how many assist him/her in their duties.


NOTE: The Knights Court will vote on individuals wishing to hold a Minister Position with a final approval required from the High Knight Regent and/or Queen, consequently the Ministers will appoint all Deputy positions. Consistent failure to attend to duties in a timely fashion will be cause for dismissal from the position held, determined by the High Knight Regent and/or Queen. If a knight feels he is being dismissed unjustly or not given ample chance to hold a position he/she can request an inquiry into the matter resulting in a Royal or Knightly court (see Infractions).
